Greetings! This store is in Waikanae, near Wellington, New Zealand and specialises in vintage and lightly used Lego parts.  It has recently re-opened after being closed 2019-2021.  For questions or to check that someone answers, please message me.   Please note, shipping is NZPost only for the next while.

How long does it take?  2-5 working days, plus shipping time. I cannot process orders on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, NZ time.  Overseas delivery is often delayed recently, but the shipping is tracked.

Condition: all used pieces have been cleaned and checked. Dents and distinct marks are described or excluded. Large used white and black pieces will usually not look "as new".  Please expect subtle shade variations in colours such as white, yellow, and reddish brown. "New" Lego has never been built with or displayed.

How will it be packed? Each lot is packed in its own ziplock bag, apart from singletons, which makes checking much easier for me and for you.  Bags with New parts are marked N. The order is wrapped in paper or cardboard, and is then sealed into a shipping bag or box.

How much is shipping?  Please see "shipping your order"  at the bottom of this page for the price.  You are welcome to ask for a quote.  There are a few countries I don't ship to because tracking is not yet possible, for example France.

Do you get it right every time?  No.  A small percentage of items have a mistake of some kind.  If a part was not available or has damage I didn't see,  I will give you a refund or a voucher.  When you order, please tell me if one part is the main reason for your order.  If that part is not available I will refund all of your payment without processing the order.

Can you see my cart? I can not see who has a cart in use, or what is in it.  Please take your time as it does not affect anyone.

Feedback:  I will gladly leave feedback for you once I know, from the feedback you leave, that you are happy with your order.  You can also have a voucher for 10% off your next order when you leave positive feedback. This is just for a limited time. 

Maximum order: this is set at $50 to help keep processing within the time offered, without using average lot limits.  Please get in touch if you want to discuss this, for example if your order is only a few lots.  I apologise for the inconvenience.  Please allow extra processing time for large orders, I will get in touch if this is the case.

In unusual circumstances I reserve the right to refund and cancel an order. Thank you in advance for reading and responding to messages.
